Kamala Hosteria

Kamala hosteria isn't raely located in the village of montanita, but 15 minutes beach-walk distance from it. It is one of the quietest places ever... Just you and the beach.

Kamala Hosteria offers beautiful cabins right on the beach... 

a taxi ride from montanita should cost between 1-2usds. After staying in a cabin there for 3 days, i learned to appreciate the quietness of being outside of montanita... 

i highly recommend it for couple.

Tikilimbo Hostel

Tikilimbo hostel is located right on main street of montanita. The rooms are nice and cozy. There is also a great restaurant in that belongs to that hostel, a surf shope... and the "calle de la perdicion" is right next to it...

Hostal Brisa Marina backpacker

brisa marina is a family owned hostel located about 6 meters from the beach and 2 blocks from the main street (which by the way no one knows its name). This hostel is very quite and it took me time to get used to the sound of the ocean - the fist night i couldn't sleep because i though tsunami was coming... i got used to it really fast.

anyways, the location is great for taking a swim every morning, surfing... whatever floats your boat.
